Why Empowering ?
Salaries represent the main expenditure of companies. Irrespective of a company’s size and type, its most precious resource is its workforce. However, the workforce also requires extremely skilful management. The management of human resources is a critical factor for the company’s performance, profitability and growth. It is now recognised that empowerment, with a working environment based on autonomy and responsibility, can make a key contribution to a company’s success. Our role is to help companies, their teams and employees achieve that objective. To that end, we use two complementary approaches:

top-down: the management indicates the approach to be followed and leads by example, with the effect of gravity of a top-down impetus. Our coaching consists in helping management to carry out successfully their tasks or preparing the future generation of managers to assume this type of responsibility in the coming months/years.

bottom-up: we also provide coaching to make each employee more productive, more open-minded and more responsible. We also coach individuals or teams to be more assertive with their managers or to collaborate more effectively. This can be described therefore as a bottom-up approach, with a capillary effect. We also help natural leaders to discover their potential, motivate themselves and enhance their skills to act as catalysts for the workforce as a whole.
