As a company grows, it is inevitable that its workforce will become increasingly diversified in terms of individual personalities, behaviour and styles. However, diversity can also be a source of divergences, which can lead to interpersonal or inter-departmental relationship difficulties. Over time these misunderstandings can result in lengthy, emotionally-charged disputes which can have a significant impact on the company’s performance. We have considerable experience in resolving this type of antagonism and developing harmonious, efficient relationships.
