The underlying principle of our coaching and training is:

1.
“I am responsible for myself and for what happens to me, and it is for me to act accordingly”.

2.
We have defined this concept of acting responsibly in observable terms, so that participants evolve from being the “victim of events” to “responsible actor”.

3.
All our training and coaching actions are based on commitment, learning and self-motivation.

We believe that the empowerment of employees must be based on:

a profound, personal, unconditional commitment

acceptance of the positive and negative consequences of acting responsibly

a determination to achieve results, and not simply to be active

a level of autonomy which leaves employees with sufficient leeway to exercise their judgement and take decisions

a refusal to blame others for one's failures

an awareness that a responsible organisation is everyone’s business
